EuroAsia Park 22nd Annual General Meeting to be held on 19th May 2022 (Thursday), 7 pm @ The Gym. Please look out for the official notice that is on mail to you.
LATEST SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES.
As announced by the Multi-Ministerial Taskforce, with effect from 26th April 2022, there is now no limit on group size for social gathering and no limit on visitors per household at any one time.
The Management is required by the authorities to ensure these measures are implemented and complied with within EAP. such as mask wearing for indoor setting outside of homes. Mask wearing remain optional but encouraged for outdoor settings. We seek the cooperation of all residents and to remain vigilant and disciplined in the fight against COVID-19, and be ready to respond as the global or local situation changes.
RE-REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES FOR CARPARK
The Management has completed the carpark registration for 1st car owners and we are in the process of registering units with 2nd or more cars in respective phase. We wish to thank all residents for your patience and cooperation. Please feel free to contact the Management office at 6283 5626 should you have any clarifications.
We wish to remind all registered car owners to display the EAP car decal prominently on your window screen. This will help our security identify visitors' cars who are parked illegally in the estate.
REPLACEMENT OF FIRE RATED BIN CHUTE DOORS
We are pleased to announce the completion of replacement of the our old fire rated bin chute doors. This will enhance area cleanliness and help prevent foul odour from prevailing at our basement.
PET POOP IN COMMON AREA
There has been increasing reports of pet owners failing to clean up after their pets. Animal poops have also been discovered in the basement carpark.
The Management seeks the cooperation of pet owners to be diligent in picking up pet litters. We also like to remind owners that pets are not allowed at the basement carpark. To protect our garden and lawn, the Management strongly encourage owners to walk their pets outside the estate.

COVID-19 MOH Advisory

Under the Isolation Order issued to COVID-19 patients under the Infectious Diseases Act, patients are required to adhere to the stipulated movement restrictions and remain in the place of isolation during the entire Home Recovery period. It is an offence to breach the conditions of the Isolation Order. First time offenders may be fined up to $10,000 or given 6 months’ imprisonment, or both. No visitors should be allowed in the place of isolation (i.e. home or specific room). Patients must not leave the home/room and must report and undergo medical examinations or treatment as directed.
