Welcome to EAP
We hope you will find a wonderful home here. Please liaise with our Management Agent and ensure that following tasks are completed. Please also visit our Basic House Rules:
MA contact: You can get the MA's Contact number from the Guard House. MA will also be available at the MA office located at Lobby 8
RENOVATE: If you need to renovate your house please discuss with the MA and provide all the required documents. Start the renovation only after a getting written approval from the MA. Please note that the approval will 2-3 weeks as the council will need time to review the renovation documents.
MOVING IN: Inform the MA about your moving in schedule. Plan your moving only after getting the required approval from MA.
REGISTER: Ensure that you meet the MA at the MA office and register your self to EAP
ACCESS: Please register your EZ link card so that you have access to enter EAP. Also please make sure the Schonnell App is installed in your phone
CAR PARK: If you are driving car kindly register your car for you to have automatic access to the residents car park.
