GATE ACCCESS: All walk in residents shall use the EZ Link card to access the gate. You can register your EZ link cards by contacting the MA at ???.

All residents shall also install Schonell Application on your mobile so as to allow entry of your guests or family members into the Condominium

GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please ensure that your bags are firmly binned before you dispose it through the chutes. We have found many instances when liquid waste is disposed directly through the Chute, this creates lot mess at the basement. Please take special care to follow this.

STRAY CAT FEEDING: No feeding of stray dogs or cats. If you have pets please make sure they are on a leash and under supervision outside of the house.

BULKY ITEM DISPOSAL: Bulky items can only be disposed by a special arrangement with the MA or the cleaner. The cleaner will be available between 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the basement area or you can also contact the guard house and request for cleaner's contact.
