The purpose of these rules and regulations which constitute the House Rules of Euro Asia Park is to promote the harmonious occupancy of the Condominium. To protect all occupants from annoyance and nuisance caused by any improper use of the Complex and to preserve the reputation and prestige of the Condominium thereby providing maximum enjoyment of the premises and its facilities.
